Cover will be provided for member practices to make it possible for as many constituents to attend as possible, as will lunch. Stalls will be present during the lunch period to inform and promote a range of CCG initiatives. The agenda for the meeting is detailed below.

We will update you on the changes to the NHS and share our vision for the local population of Camden, including our work to date and our proposed commissioning intentions for 2014-15.
Amendment to the Constitution
At the Annual General Meeting a resolution will be proposed to amend the Constitution of Camden Clinical Commissioning Group. Copies of the proposed new Constitution and details of the changes are available below:

Voting on the resolution will only be open to Members of Camden Clinical Commissioning Group as defined under the Constitution.
It is also an opportunity to ask questions of the Governing Body. You can submit questions in advance of the event by Tuesday 24 September by emailing email@example.com or by sending them to the address above.
The Chair, Chief Executive and Governing Body will be present to answer questions on the day.
