Camden CCG’s patient and community engagement work awarded ‘good’ by NHS England

Camden CCG has been awarded a rating of ‘good’ for our patient and community engagement work by NHS England - achieving outstanding in two domains, good in two, and requiring improvement in one. 

The assessment relates to new statutory guidance NHS England has introduced for every CCG, with ten key actions. You can read about it here. All CCGs were assessed over the summer to see how the new guidance is being met across the country.

Patient and public engagement is a priority for Camden CCG and the rating reflects the great work by our teams, listening to residents and patients when planning and delivering services. 

We will use the full recommendations to see where we can continue to make progress, particularly how we can demonstrate what impact the views residents share with us have on our plans.
